ACGSSR Head Quarters is at Cairo University; which allocated an equipped and a furnished three-levels building. Also, Cairo University established a well-equipped Information Center supported by selected professionals and experts from the university and provided it with the facilities to be connected to the Foreign Relation Coordination Unit, Ein Shams University, Alexandria University and Jordanian University.
The Council is financed by Union of Arab Universities, Arab Organization for Culture and Science, Cairo University, Funds from Arab countries and Institutions, as well as the returns from Investments and services.
